How much will delivery cost?
Our delivery costs are generated based on the weight of the items in your basket and the delivery address so that we can give you the lowest delivery cost we can. Simply take your order through to checkout and a delivery cost will be created for you. But...
When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders are processed and despatched from the UK on working weekdays only (not weekends or holidays). The number of days it takes for you to receive your order depends on when an order is placed, the distance of travel, the type of delivery service and any customs clearance service.

What if I'm not in when my order is delivered?
All our deliveries must be signed for on receipt as proof of delivery and as such we cannot accept orders to a PO Box for delivery address.
If no one is at your delivery address to sign for and accept your package at the time of delivery the courier may leave a card in order to rearrange the delivery or an address from which you need to pick up the package and a time limit. Please make sure you collect the order in time as they will return packages to us if you do not collect it.
If the courier DOES have to return packages to us, we reserve the right to ask for a second delivery charge to re-despatch your order to you. We also reserve the right to retain the return charges if packages are returned due to you giving us an incorrect address.
In the event of error in entering delivery or contact information, failure to pay relevant local taxes or failure to accept the delivery an administrative charge together with any delivery charges may be withheld from any eventual refund. Where delivery is refused for any reason the delivery charge and any return delivery charge may also be withheld for the same reasons.

Do I need to pay import/customs charges?
VAT (Sales Tax) is only charged at the checkout if delivery is to a European EC Fiscal (VAT) Area country.
If delivery is to a country outside the European EC Fiscal (VAT) Area you will not be charged VAT but Import Duty / Tax in your destination country may be charged prior to delivery by the courier.
You need to complete your delivery address before we can determine whether or not VAT should be charged and to calculate the shipping charge.
We have no control over import duties, taxes and thresholds, which vary from country to country; you may wish to contact your local customs office for clarification. We include appropriate customs documents.
If you do NOT pay the Import Duty the courier may not be able to complete the delivery and if the package is then returned to us by the Courier we will not provide a refund for the courier’s return costs.
Orders shipped to the USA are not subject to VAT nor should you be liable for Import Duty if the value of goods plus the shipping charge is under $800, which is approximately £620. Please use the EX-VAT product prices, as VAT is never charged on orders shipped to USA.
